Mark Wren — Managing Director, Fixed Income Trading
Mr. Wren is the Managing Director of Fixed Income Trading. He has over 25 years of fixed income trading, underwriting and sales experience. During his career, he has underwritten over 750 tax-exempt issues in California. Mr. Wren has extensive experience in land based financings, unified school districts, community facilities district and tax allocation bonds. He has retail experience with a wide array of large issuers, including the State of California.
Mr. Wren joined us from Piper Jaffray, where he was instrumental in building Piper Jaffray’s west coast municipal department operating out of San Francisco and Los Angeles. Prior to Piper Jaffray, from 1987 to 1993, he managed all taxable and tax-exempt trading and underwriting at Bank of California, leading a team of 20 bond trading professionals.
Mr. Wren holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Los Angeles Bond Club and San Francisco Bond Club. Mark holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 9 and Series 10 securities licenses.

Amy Wiener is a Vice President and Fixed Income Sales Trader. She brings over 14 years of fixed income underwriting, sales, and trading experience to NCPI from RBC Dain Rauscher and Piper Jaffray.
Ms. Wiener spent most of her career at RBC Dain Rauscher and Piper Jaffray as vice president of Trading and Underwriting where she was responsible for marketing, pricing, and distributing, through retail and institutional sales, all competitive and negotiated products. Ms. Wiener was vice president of Underwriting and Sales at Henderson Capital. Prior to Henderson Capital, she held a vice president of Institutional Sales position at Alamo Capital where she was accountable for selling primary and secondary fixed income products to mid-tier and top-tier institutional accounts. She has been a member of the San Francisco Bond Club since 1994.
