Alex Hargrave - Executive Vice President, Director Retirement Plan Services
Mr. Hargrave has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 18 years working solely with corporate retirement plans.
Mr. Hargrave earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and in 2004, Plan Sponsor Magazine named him as one of the top retirement plan advisors nationwide. He is a member of the Profit Sharing Council of America, The Western Pension and Benefits Conference and the American Society of Pension Actuaries. He holds series 7, 63 and 65 registrations. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin.
Kathuryn Gustafson - Assistant Vice President
Ms. Gustafson joined Nollenberger Capital Partners from Wells Fargo Bank where she spent three years as an Institutional Sales Representative. Prior to Wells Fargo Bank, Ms. Gustafson was a Retirement Plan Advisor at Merrill Lynch for ten years in Chicago, Illinois, where she focused on advising 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, and defined benefit plans. While at Merrill Lynch, Ms. Gustafson was selected as a top retirement plan advisor and became an accredited retirement plan consultant. Ms. Gustafson began her career at Smith Barney. Ms. Gustafson received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.
