Nollenberger Capital Partners has assembled an Advisory Committee of thought leaders from a wide variety of industries and institutions.

Anil Arora - President & CEO, Yodlee
Mr. Arora has been President and CEO of Yodlee since early 2000, and has been a pioneer in driving innovative financial products and services utilizing new, disruptive technologies like account aggregation. Today, Yodlee's personal financial management, payments, and customer acquisition solutions are used by hundreds of leading, global financial institutions to power critical online banking applications that increase profitability and drive more value from the online channel. Prior to Yodlee, Mr. Arora was Senior Vice President of Gateway where he led Gateway's Internet initiatives as Global Chief Marketing officer.

Scot Barker - Consultant
Mr. Barker is involved with a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards and advisory councils. In 1978, Mr. Barker and several other partners formed Newman & Associates, a specialty investment bank which was the nation's largest underwriter of affordable housing debt. Mr. Barker was President of Newman & Associates from 1985-1998. Newman & Associates was sold to GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. in 1998. At that time, the firm became the capital markets arm of one of the country's largest issuers of mortgage debt and mortgage related securities.

Beth Bartlett - Consultant
Ms. Bartlett has been active in the homebuilding and real estate brokerage industries for seventeen years, with five years prior experience in financial services marketing. She currently engages in real estate development and consulting projects. Her career includes seven years as the Partner in charge of Sales and Marketing with The O'Brien Group, a well-respected homebuilding company based in San Mateo, California. Prior to her association with The O'Brien Group, Ms. Bartlett was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for another San Mateo-based builder, Inwood Corporation.

Herbert Blomquist - President of Business Development, Muzility
Mr. Blomquist is President of Business Development with Muzility, an Internet Video posting and hosting services company. Prior to his position at Muzility, Mr. Blomquist held key positions with several major technology companies. He was Vice President and Deputy Director of Research for Seagate Technology's Research Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. where he partnered in the establishment of Seagate's first Research Center and led the research activities in the area of Storage Systems Software.

Peter Boutin - Managing Partner, Keesal, Young & Logan
Mr. Boutin has been a lawyer with Keesal, Young & Logan since 1975 and has served as the Managing Partner of the firm's San Francisco office since 1984. He focuses on securities, employment and commercial litigation and counseling. During his 32 years of practice, he has tried and arbitrated approximately 200 matters, including jury and bench trials in state and federal courts and arbitrations in all major forums. He has also handled numerous regulatory matters before the SEC, the NYSE and the NASD.

Thomas Brady, Sr. - Founding Principal of Thomas Brady & Associates and ESOP Advisors Group
Mr. Brady is the founding principal of Thomas Brady & Associates and ESOP Advisors Group. In addition to being active in the structuring and consulting aspects of ESOP design and implementation, his focus is on related corporate tax issues, employee benefits and estate planning. He began his career in employee benefits with New England Mutual in 1968. Ten years later, he formed Thomas Brady & Associates, a full service financial planning and employee benefits company.

Barbara Callan - Partner, McGuire Real Estate
Ms. Callan has over 21 years of real estate experience, and is ranked San Francisco's #1 Realtor for 2007 by the Wall Street Journal. Ms. Callan began her Real Estate career with Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco in 1986, and became a Top Producer and #1 agent company-wide. In 1993, she joined McGuire Real Estate in San Francisco and has consistently been a Top Producer and #1 company-wide agent from 2002-2007.

Craig Dauchy - Partner, Cooley Godward Kronish
Mr. Dauchy is a partner in Cooley Godward Kronish's Business department and head of the Venture Capital practice group. Associated with the Firm since 1975, Mr. Dauchy became a partner in January 1981 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.Mr. Dauchy specializes in representing venture capital partnerships and emerging companies. He has participated in the formation of more than 150 venture capital and private equity funds and in hundreds of venture capital financings.

John Dean - Managing General Partner, Startup Capital Ventures
Mr. Dean has 20 years of experience as CEO of five financial services companies. Most recently, from 1993 to 2001, he served as the CEO of Silicon Valley Bank, a leading provider of financial services to early-stage technology companies and venture capital firms. He grew Silicon Valley Bank's market capitalization from $65 million in 1993 to over $3 billion in 2000.

Kay Dryden - Business Development & Financial Services, Mitchell Madison Group
Ms. Dryden is currently handling west coast business development and financial services for Mitchell Madison Group (MMG), a strategy consulting practice serving multinational corporations. Before joining MMG, she was SVP and general counsel at Charles Schwab, and EVP, general counsel and secretary at Del Monte Foods in San Francisco. She presently serves on the board of Nationwide Mutual Funds.

Robert Hahn - President, Synectix Business Solutions
Mr. J. Robert Hahn is a Principal Consultant and President of Synectix Business Solutions, a professional consulting company. Mr. Hahn has directed and implemented projects for Visa International, Oracle Corporation, Microsoft Consulting Services, Chiron Corporation, Lockheed Martin, NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, Bear Stearns, Alere Medical, Mervyns, and others. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Thomas Weisel Partners.

Robert Heller - Former Governor of the Federal Reserve System and President of VISA U.S.A.
Mr. Heller, a former Governor of the Federal Reserve System and President of VISA U.S.A., has had a distinguished career in business, government and education. He served as Chief of the Financial Studies Division of the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC and then as Senior Vice President and Director of International Economic Research at Bank of America in San Francisco. In 1986, Mr. Heller was appointed by President Reagan as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. At the Federal Reserve he served as the Administrative Governor with responsibility for the overall management of the Federal Reserve Board. He was also Chairman of the Committee on Bank Supervision and Regulation, Vice-Chairman of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, and served as the delegate to the Economic Policy Council of the OECD in Paris.

Harry Kellogg, Jr. - Vice Chairman of Silicon Valley Bank, Chairman of SVB Capital, and President of SVB Private Client Services
Mr. Kellogg is Vice Chairman of the Board of Silicon Valley Bank, Chairman of SVB Capital and president of SVB Private Client Services. He is responsible for SVB Financial Group's venture capital, private equity and private banking activities. After serving as a banking professional for more than 20 years, Mr. Kellogg joined Silicon Valley Bank in 1986 as Senior Vice President of the Technology Division.

Jack Lutz - Director, Fairfield and Woods, P.C.
Mr. Lutz is currently a Director at Fairfield and Woods, P.C. Prior to his current position, he was a Partner at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, and a Partner at Kelly, Stansfield & O'Donnell in Denver, Colorado. He also spent part of his legal career with Boettcher & Company, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, Mr. Lutz has served as a member of the National Arbitration Committee of the NASD for five years (1987-1991).

Mark Michael - Consultant, Corporate Director
Mr. Michael is currently a consultant and corporate director to three companies. He was recently appointed the North American Advisory Board for the Control Risks Group, a strategic consulting firm headquartered in London. Prior to his current positions, he was the Senior Vice President, Legal, General Counsel and Secretary at 3Com Corporation. During his 19 year tenure at 3Com, Mr. Michael formulated and directed legal strategy and operations with respect to mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, intellectual property, litigation, corporate governance, real estate, and commercial transactions.

Curtis Mo - Partner, Wilmer Hale
Mr. Mo is currently a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group at the law firm Wilmer Hale, where he has been since 2005. His depth of representation includes emerging growth companies, major public companies, investment banks, venture capital funds and private equity funds in hundreds of public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, venture capital financings and other similar transactions. He serves a number of community organizations, including as a member of the board of directors of the Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network.

Dennis Raney - Partner, Liberty Greenfield
Mr. Raney serves as a board director at four companies, and as a Partner at Liberty Greenfield, an advisory firm that provides real estate, financing, and cost management services to corporations. He began a 24 year career at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in 1970, and served in management posts in finance, manufacturing, and real estate. From 1978 to 1982, he was CFO for HP's Intercontinental Operations, and from 1982 to 1989, based in Geneva, Switzerland, he was CFO of HP's European Operations.

David Rosedahl - Attorney, Briggs and Morgan Law Firm
Mr. Rosedahl has more than 25 years' experience in the securities arena. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Regulatory Officer of the Pacific Exchange, Managing Director and General Counsel for Piper Jaffray Companies, and Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Securities Industry Association (SIA). Mr. Rosedahl provides advisory services to international agencies working with financial institutions (securities and futures exchanges, and financial service regulators) including the U.S. SEC Office of International Affairs, U.S. Agency for International Development and the Financial Services Volunteer Corps.

Christopher Schrobilgen - Director of Marketing & Sales, Messner & Smith
Mr. Schrobilgen joined Messner & Smith in October 2006 and has over 30 years' experience in the Securities industry. From 1971 to 1990, he worked as a retail and institutional broker with several of Wall Street's most prestigious firms. He has provided advice to America's top money managers and corporate investors. In 1994, he became the Director of Marketing for one of the nation's top money managers and over the next nine years built a 20 person staff and saw assets grow from $400 million to $7 billion. He is a sought after public speaker and has made hundreds of presentations across the country.

Brooke Shields - Founder & Principal, BXS Group
Ms. Shields brings operational, strategy and marketing expertise, as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit, to all engagements. Her experience ranges from global high technology companies to small businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Costa Rica. She has held senior executive roles in Marketing and Business Development at Autodesk, Sun Microsystems, and The Communication Group. In 2003 she founded the BXS Group, a Bay Area consulting practice providing interim senior management, strategy, business, and marketing services to small and medium size growth companies. Ms. Shields serves on a variety of boards including the San Francisco-based mental health agency Edgewood Center for Children and Families, and the Astia Advisory Board, a national organization focused on the funding and growth of high-potential, high-growth women-led startups.
